On August 19th, from 11am-5pm, join Gen7 Fuel Curve Lake in celebrating summer with the Hello Summer ‘Fest. The day will feature live music, great food from Mrs. Wrenches French Fries, local artisans, raffle prizes and more!

Gen7 Fuel Curve Lake will also be donating 2 cents from every litre of fuel purchased on August 19th directly back into the Curve Lake community.

Community Giveback with 2 Cents/Litre

Gen7 Fuel is committed to supporting our First Nations communities, working towards a better future for the next seven generations. Being active in First Nation communities is essential to achieving this goal. Whether that be through educational initiatives, financial support, or by providing opportunities to celebrate as a community, Gen7 Fuel strives to make giving back a part of their everyday business.

The more fuel that is pumped on August 19th, the higher the donation back into the community! Be sure to stop by Gen7 Fuel on the day of the event to fill up your tank and help us make a difference in the Curve Lake community.

Hello Summer ‘Fest Lineup

The Hello Summer ‘Fest will feature local Indigenous musicians for the Curve Lake community to enjoy. Musicians include: Rezberries, Sean Hill, Morgan Redpath, Gary Jacobs, Andrea Shore, Peggy Day, and Bob Taylor. Live music starts at 11am at the stage!

The event will also feature local artisans showcasing their traditional goods. Indigenously Infused, the candle-makers, use traditional medicines in non-traditional settings to promote learning, new experiences, and true healing. Resilient Inuk was created by Indigenous artist and consultant Vanessa in her efforts to spread awareness on Indigenous issues and honour her sister, who has been missing for over 19 years. If you haven’t seen the last artist on social media, you’re missing out. John from Johns Woodenware practices woodcarving and creating traditional Indigenous crafts. His Instagram is packed full of ASMR style videos you can get lost in.
